We are Fleur De Sel

Fleur De Sel is a French bakery located in Chatham, New Jersey. We provide a little taste of France here in Morris County. Our main street bakery location is convenient to stop in for something sweet or savory. Our on-site kitchen bakes everything daily from scratch. We use only the finest ingredients to produce items such as croissants, tartes, cakes, eclairs, macarons, soups, quiches, salads and sandwiches. We also have a full coffee and tea bar serving handcrafted beverages all day long.

Meet Patricia Etel Khawand, Owner of Fleur De Sel

I’m Patricia, owner and founder of Fleur De Sel bakery here in Chatham, New Jersey. It has always been a dream of mine to open my own food business. After spending time working at leading locations and hotels around the world, it was time to create something a bit closer to home and one in which would provide a better work life balance to spend time with my family. Fleur De Sel is the answer to all that I could look for and it’s been a true pleasure getting to know our customers and serving the community thus far. I look forward to having you in!
